State Inspections

Premier Living by Warden, LLC is licensed as a “Home Plus” Adult Care Home by the State of Kansas, for up to 12 residents. Each year, the state conducts unannounced inspections to see how we are doing and if our care is truly “premier.” Since opening our doors in January of 2013, Premier Living has been deficiency-free.
