About the Owners

Few people bring passion to senior care like Brandi Warden. Based on her own life experiences and her close relationship with her “Nana,” Brandi demands nothing less than the best when caring for elders. She switched from a career in finance to go into long-term care in 2005, after her Mom spent over 10 years in a nursing home. Brandi served as the administrator for two local senior care organizations before purchasing Mothers & Others, Inc. in December 2012, with her husband, Michael, realizing her dream of making elder care the best possible.

Michael Warden is responsible for the facility operations and building maintenance for Premier Living by Warden. Michael has been a rig welder and job foreman for his family’s company Ace Construction Corporation for over 19 years. Michael is also a very talented construction professional by his own right with expertise in areas of building construction, electrical, drywall, plumbing, and finish carpentry.
